By optimising the system efficiency, you can reduce running costs and minimise the load on the working parts.During our annual service we will complete tasks that will optimise the performance of the system and ensure you receive the most heat available while minimising the electric consumption.To ensure optimum performance is achieved we will protect the water flow through the primary circuit and air flow through the air source heat pump.Filters, strainers, and heat exchangers will be cleaned. Air will be removed from the system and the operation of key components will be checked for effectiveness. Antifreeze levels will be checked, and the system settings will be reviewed to ensure they are optimised.

Effective servicing of your Air Source Heat Pumps and Unvented Cylinders maintains the efficiencies of the system and prevents premature failure protecting the longevity of the key components.It is a requirement of the Manufacturer’s Warranty to have your ASHP and Unvented Cylinder serviced annually. In the event of component failure and the submission of a valid warranty claim the manufacturer will ask for evidence that the system has been serviced as required.

It is recommended to service your air source heat pump at least once a year or as recommended by the manufacturer.
