Commercial Boiler Types We Install

Commercial Combi Boilers

Suitable for smaller commercial premises with moderate hot water demands, commercial combi boilers provide heating and hot water from a single unit without the need for a separate cylinder.

System Boilers and Heat-Only Boilers

For larger premises with higher hot water demands, such as multi-unit residential buildings or larger office spaces, a system or heat-only boiler paired with an unvented hot water cylinder is often the most efficient solution.

High-Efficiency Condensing Boilers

All modern commercial boilers we install are high-efficiency condensing models, designed to extract maximum heat from the fuel used and minimise running costs. Many qualify for enhanced capital allowances, which can be a useful consideration for limited companies.

Cascade Boiler Systems

For large commercial buildings with significant heating loads, a cascade system — where multiple smaller boilers work in sequence — can offer greater efficiency and redundancy than a single large boiler. We design and install cascade systems for larger commercial clients across Hampshire and Surrey.

Commercial Installation Process

We begin with a detailed site survey to assess your current setup, the building’s heating demands, and any access or infrastructure constraints. From there, we design a system that meets your requirements and provide a clear, fixed-price quotation before any work begins.

Our engineers work around your schedule wherever possible, with out-of-hours installation options to minimise impact on your business operations. All installations are fully certified, with completion documentation and compliance with building regulations provided as standard.

Aftercare and Servicing Contracts

A new commercial boiler is an investment, and protecting that investment with a regular servicing contract makes sound financial sense. We offer annual servicing contracts for all the commercial boilers we install, as well as priority repair call-out agreements for clients who need the reassurance of a fast response.
